Advocate Atul Sharma is hiring a Litigation Paralegal for a full-time, on-site role in Noida. The role involves preparing and reviewing legal documents, conducting research, assisting with pleadings and motions, and coordinating court filings.

Role and Responsibilities

• Prepare and review legal documents.
• Draft pleadings and motions.
• Conduct legal research and organize case files.
• Facilitate communication between clients and attorneys.
• Manage schedules and assist with court filings.
• Demonstrate strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.

Eligibility

• Candidates must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field.
• Previous experience in criminal or family law is a plus.
