Details of the Job/Internship

Anand and Anand is hiring a Litigation Paralegal to assist attorneys in all stages of litigation, from case inception through discovery, trial, and post-trial procedures, at their office in Noida.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and discovery requests/responses.
• Organize and maintain case files and trial binders.
• Conduct factual research and investigation.
• Prepare and review legal documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, and meetings.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, experts, and court personnel.
• Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and trial logistics.
• Maintain and update databases and document management systems.
• Provide administrative support, including calendar management, billing, and expense tracking.
• Stay current with local, state, and federal court rules and procedures.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven work experience as a litigation paralegal.
• Proficiency in legal research tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with electronic document management systems.
• Preferred: Experience with trial preparation and courtroom procedures; knowledge of e-discovery tools and practices; familiarity with case management software.

Salary/Stipend
