Anand and Anand is hiring for the position of Litigation Paralegal to join their office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and discovery requests/responses.
- Organize and maintain case files, discovery records, and trial binders.
- Conduct factual research and investigation using legal and non-legal sources.
- Review legal documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, client meetings, and trial logistics.
- Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, experts, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
- Support attorneys in trial preparation, including managing exhibits and witness files.
- Maintain and update litigation databases and document management systems.
- Provide administrative support such as calendar management, billing assistance, and expense tracking.
- Stay up-to-date with applicable court rules, filing procedures, and deadlines.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proven experience as a litigation paralegal.
- Proficiency with legal research tools and resources.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with electronic document management systems.
