Details of the Job/Internship
Axiom is hiring Litigation Paralegals to work on temporary in-house secondments with top F100 clients. The role involves supporting in-house legal departments by managing and coordinating litigation-related work, with opportunities to work predominantly remotely, subject to client requirements.
Role and Responsibilities
- Support in-house legal departments in managing and coordinating litigation matters.
- Conduct legal research, prepare documents, and assist with case management.
- Prepare, organise, and manage case files and litigation documentation.
- Perform paralegal support functions related to ongoing litigation and discovery processes.
Eligibility
- Minimum 6 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, with experience in both law firm and large corporate in-house environments.
- Strong understanding of litigation processes and proceedings.
- Proficiency in legal research databases such as Westlaw and LexisNexis, and case management software.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Experience in case or matter management.
- Strong e-discovery experience.
