Details of the Job/Internship
Milberg London LLP is hiring a Litigation Paralegal to join its team in the London Area. The role involves working primarily within the litigation team on large-scale consumer group action cases in a fast-paced and demanding environment. The position offers early responsibility, exposure to substantive legal work typically handled by trainees or newly qualified solicitors in larger firms, and involvement in data and case management for a high volume of clients.
Role and Responsibilities
- Work as part of the litigation team on large-scale consumer group action matters.
- Contribute directly to legal casework, including tasks usually reserved for trainees or NQs in larger firms.
- Assist with data management related to group litigation cases.
- Work with the firm’s claims management affiliate to manage cases involving tens of thousands of clients.
- Handle numerical and data-focused tasks, including working extensively with Microsoft Excel.
- Operate independently and collaboratively within a dynamic and fast-paced team environment.
Eligibility
- Previous litigation experience from a London law firm is essential.
- Law degree, GDL, or equivalent qualification.
- Strong academic record with at least a 2:1 or equivalent from a reputable university.
