Details of the Job/Internship

Somireddy Law Group PLLC is hiring a Litigation Paralegal to join its office at One Golden Mile, Kokapet, Hyderabad. This is a full-time, night-shift role involving support to U.S.-based litigation attorneys, exposure to U.S. litigation matters, and assistance on a wide range of legal and administrative assignments.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and technical support to U.S.-based litigation attorneys.
• Organise and maintain electronic case files and documents.
• Conduct preliminary legal research under attorney supervision.
• Prepare first drafts of non-legal correspondence and basic documents.
• Assist in document review and organisation for discovery processes.
• Create and maintain litigation chronologies and fact summaries.
• Prepare deposition and evidence summaries from transcripts and recordings.
• Format documents in accordance with firm templates and guidelines.
• Track case deadlines and maintain calendars for U.S. attorneys.
• Coordinate scheduling across different time zones.
• Prepare presentation materials and exhibits under attorney direction.
• Assist with document production logistics and organisation.
• Participate in team meetings via video conferencing.
• Maintain confidentiality of client and case information.
• Perform general administrative tasks including proofreading and document conversion.
• Communicate with clients in the United States and India.

Eligibility

• Law graduates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in law from a recognised university.
• Professional fluency in written and spoken English.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good research and analytical skills.
• Interpretative and basic legal drafting skills.
• Ability to work as a team player with willingness to learn.
• Fresh graduates are eligible to apply.

Salary/Stipend
