Details of the Job/Internship
The Law Warriors is looking for a candidate for the position of Litigation Paralegal to join their office at Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assisting in Litigation Matters: Support attorneys in all stages of litigation, including case preparation, legal research, filings, and hearings.
- Legal Research: Conduct research on legal precedents, statutes, and other relevant case law to assist in case development.
- File & Document Management: Organize and maintain case files, ensuring that all documents are correctly numbered, stored, and easily accessible.
- Data Entry: Assist with entering legal data into case management systems, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Help manage attorney schedules, including court dates, client meetings, and deadlines.
- Ad-Hoc Tasks: Provide general support, including drafting legal documents, summarizing case details, and completing various administrative tasks as needed.
Eligibility
- Pursuing Graduation or a Law Graduate: Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program (preference for law students), or a law graduate.
- Ability to Work Overtime: Flexibility to work additional hours, as needed, to meet deadlines and assist with litigation matters.
- Full-Time Availability: Must be available for a full-time internship commitment.
- Proficiency in English & MS Office: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office (particularly MS Word).
- Commuting Ability: Must be able to commute to the Noida office and Delhi courts as required.
