They are seeking a dedicated Litigation Paralegal to join their team and assist clients in achieving their immigration goals.
Details of the Job/Internship
The Legal Base is hiring Litigation Paralegal to join their office in Lucknow.
Role and Responsibilities
- Work closely with the attorney who handles litigation cases, help the attorney with case management duties from the complaint through the trial and the appeal.
- Draft Pleadings and discovery.
- Prepare depositions, mediations, and arbitration.
- Legal Research.
- Manage the cases - keep track of deadlines, case information.
- Document organization.
Eligibility
- Comfortable to work in the US shift I.e., from 6:30 pm to 3:30 am (India Hours).
- Well verse with US Litigation Laws.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Commitment to client service and a strong sense of ethics and professionalism.
