Details of the Job/Internship

Aquis Search is hiring Litigation Partner with the experience of 15 years to join their office Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex litigation cases in areas including but not limited to IBC, Arbitration (both domestic and international), and Commercial Disputes.
• Make regular court appearances, representing clients in high-stakes matters.
• Develop and implement strategies for effective dispute resolution.
• Contribute to the growth of the firm by expanding the client base and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Participate in business development activities and maintain strong client relationships.

Eligibility

• A minimum of 15 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in litigation.
• A proven track record with a book size of at least 2.5 times the expected compensation.
• Ability to bring a team of 2-3 lawyers.
• Extensive experience in handling cases related to IBC, Arbitration (domestic and international), Court appearances, and Commercial disputes.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• A strong sense of ethics and a commitment to upholding the law.
