Details of the Job/Internship
Core Sync is working with a reputed boutique law firm that is expanding its disputes practice and is seeking to onboard a Senior Partner – Dispute Resolution and Litigation for its Mumbai office. This is a strategic, partner-level leadership role for an experienced litigation professional with the capability to independently lead complex commercial disputes and contribute to the growth and direction of the disputes practice.
Role and Responsibilities
- Independently lead complex and high-stakes commercial disputes.
- Handle courtroom advocacy, arbitrations, and regulatory litigation.
- Lead, mentor, and guide teams of litigators and associates across matters.
- Develop internal best practices, litigation templates, and knowledge repositories.
- Collaborate with corporate, regulatory, tax, and M&A teams.
- Foster a culture of accountability, discipline, and legal excellence within the practice.
Eligibility
- 10–15 years of post-qualification experience with a reputed law firm or established litigation chamber.
- Extensive experience in corporate and commercial litigation, arbitration, and regulatory disputes.
- Demonstrated client leadership and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to build practice visibility and drive growth.
- Strong team management and mentoring capabilities.
