Soham Group is hiring a Legal Professional specializing in litigation to manage legal disputes related to real estate operations.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage and handle civil litigation matters related to real estate projects.
- Oversee legal disputes, including property damage and insurance claims.
- Draft, review, and vet legal documents, pleadings, and agreements.
- Conduct detailed legal research and analysis for ongoing cases.
- Coordinate with insurance teams and external counsel.
- Ensure compliance with real estate laws and regulatory frameworks.
- Represent or assist in representation before courts and relevant authorities.
- Provide strategic legal advice for dispute resolution and risk mitigation.
Eligibility
- LL.B. from a recognized university (LL.M. preferred).
- Strong experience in civil litigation and dispute resolution.
- Experience in insurance and property damage claims preferred.
- Familiarity with real estate laws and compliance frameworks.
- Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
