Details of the Job/Internship

ICICI Home Finance Company Limited is hiring Litigation Regional Manager with the experience of 6+ years to join their in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle and manage litigation matters for the company in Mumbai.
• Through knowledge in SARFAESI proceedings, Sec 138 and 25 act
• Draft, review, and file legal documents.
• Represent the company in court proceedings and hearings.
• Provide legal advice on dispute resolution strategies.
• Collaborate with external legal counsel as needed.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Law; additional certifications in litigation preferred.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in litigation management.
• Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
