Details of the Job/Internship

LawSikho is hiring a Litigation Specialist – Criminal Law Litigation Associate with experience of to join their office in Remote.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle criminal law litigation including drafting, filing, and court appearances.
• Prepare legal documents such as complaints, written submissions, bail applications, and arguments.
• Conduct live demo sessions and practical training for students or interns.
• Explain real-time case handling, procedures, and court practices.
• Guide and mentor students on criminal law concepts and litigation strategy.
• Coordinate with internal academic and team members as required.

Eligibility

• Strong knowledge of criminal law and criminal procedure with prior hands-on experience in criminal litigation.
• Candidates should be comfortable with public speaking and conducting live demonstration sessions, possess good communication and presentation skills, and be able to join immediately.

Salary/Stipend
