AKM Global is hiring a Litigation Specialist with experience of 2 to 8 years to join their office in Gurugram.

Role and Responsibilities

• GST Refunds and Litigation: Handle the preparation and filing of GST refunds, follow up and liaison with the tax department. Prepare for pre-GST assessments and handle ongoing litigations.
• Response to Authorities: Prepare and submit responses to various authorities related to indirect taxes, demonstrating expertise and understanding of the field.
• Client Engagement Execution: Ensure high-quality delivery as per client requirements
• Advisory Services: Provide expert advice related to indirect taxes, including GST and customs, helping clients navigate complex tax scenarios.

Eligibility

• Should have a strong background in the field of Indirect tax litigation.
• GST advisory would be an added advantage.
• An ideal candidate should be from a law educational background.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
