Details of the Job/Internship

AML RightSource is hiring a Specialist – Litigation to work remotely from India, preferably based in New Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct litigation research and prepare summary reports.
• Summarize findings including parties involved, case outcomes, and legal details.
• Perform false positive analysis across multiple jurisdictions.
• Locate and navigate court records and relevant data sources.
• Analyze information using databases, public records, and media sources.
• Ensure research meets customer-specific and internal quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to additional projects as needed.
• Adhere to laws, regulations, and company/client policies.
