Anand and Anand is hiring for the position of Litigation Specialist with 4-7 years of experience to join their office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Represent clients in patent litigation matters before courts and tribunals.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and related documents.
- Support senior attorneys in litigation preparation, including discovery, depositions, and trial support.
- Manage client relationships, providing clear updates on case status, risks, and strategy.
- Stay current with developments in patent law and procedural rules.
- Collaborate with colleagues across practice groups to deliver integrated legal solutions.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
- Admission to the Bar in [state/country] and in good standing.
- 4–7 years of patent litigation experience.
- Strong knowledge of patent law and litigation procedures.
- Hands-on experience with High Court litigation processes.
- Excellent research, analytical, drafting, and advocacy skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
