Role and Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all litigation matters involving the company including civil, criminal, commercial, regulatory, and arbitration proceedings.
• Provide strategic legal guidance and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external legal counsel to protect the company’s interests.
