Details of the Job/Internship
DRRT is hiring a Litigation Assistant with 2–4 years of legal support experience to assist the U.S.-based legal team.
Role and Responsibilities
- Track and maintain detailed client trade records in the internal database.
- Research and verify fund documents to confirm relationships between funds and legal entities.
- Monitor changes in fund names or management transfers.
- Utilize official online sources and internal repositories to gather and validate data.
- Collaborate with the legal team to support case preparation.
- Identify and report inconsistencies or discrepancies in data.
- Organize and archive legal and financial documents as required.
- Assist with special projects and additional research tasks.
Eligibility
- 2–4 years of legal support experience.
- Coursework or familiarity with securities, investment funds, or legal documentation preferred.
- Prior exposure to U.S. legal or financial systems is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with legal terminology and investment fund structures preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, QA data, and work independently.
