Details of the Job/Internship

Legodesk is hiring a Litigation Counsel to join its Bengaluru office and manage litigation and legal advisory functions.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and address litigation-related issues.
• Draft and prepare legal documents and agreements.
• Represent the organization in court and handle legal proceedings.
• Manage legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Negotiate agreements and resolve disputes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) or higher.
• Strong knowledge of legal frameworks and court procedures.
• Experience in litigation and handling court matters.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience with legal software tools preferred. 

Salary/Stipend
