Details of the Job/Internship

PS Group Realty is hiring a Litigation Specialist with relevant experience to join their office in Kolkata on a full-time basis.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage and handle legal disputes and civil litigation cases.
• Review case files and draft legal documents.
• Liaise with clients and insurance companies.
• Assess property damage.
• Represent the company in court proceedings.

Eligibility

• Proficiency in Law and Civil Litigation.
• Experience with insurance and property damage claims.
• Strong skills in litigation management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience in real estate or property management is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.

Salary/Stipend
