Details of the Job/Internship

Epiq is hiring a Litigation Support Analyst with 2–3 years of experience to join their Electronic Discovery Operations team in Hyderabad.

Role and Responsibilities

• Oversee daily tasks and workflows performed by the litigation support department as directed by management.
• Ensure service requests are assigned and executed accurately in accordance with client deadlines.
• Ensure QC procedures and protocols are followed.
• Perform searches, format search terms, and apply structured analytics.
• Manage processing team priorities and maintain communication with project managers.
• Handle general requests and assign them to relevant teams based on instructions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues from litigation analysts and client services before escalating to managers.

Eligibility

• 2–3 years of experience in the litigation support industry.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; a degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or a closely related field is preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of ESI data processing platforms such as NUIX.
• Intermediate knowledge of ESI data hosting platforms such as Relativity, Concordance, Summation, etc.
• Strong understanding of electronic discovery tools and technology.
• Advanced level understanding of eDiscovery processing and data extraction.
• Must be flexible with working hours.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
