Details of the Job/Internship

Epiq is hiring a Litigation Support Analyst with 2–3 years of experience to join their Hyderabad office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Oversee daily tasks and workflows performed by the litigation support department.
• Ensure service requests are assigned and executed accurately within client deadlines.
• Ensure adherence to QC procedures and protocols.
• Perform searching, search term formatting, and structured analytics.
• Manage processing team priorities and ECTs.
• Communicate with project managers as needed.
• Handle general requests and assign them to appropriate teams, requiring knowledge of the overall EDRM model.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues from litigation analysts and client services before escalation.

Eligibility

• At least 2–3 years of experience in the litigation support industry.
• Intermediate knowledge of ESI data processing platforms (e.g. NUIX).
• Intermediate knowledge of ESI data hosting platforms (e.g. Relativity, Concordance, Summation).
• Strong understanding of electronic discovery tools and technology.
• Advanced understanding of eDiscovery Processing and data extraction.
• Ability to perform troubleshooting and learn customized proprietary software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; preference for degrees in Computer Science, Business Management, or related fields.
• Ability to work extended hours and adjust shifts to meet client deadlines.
