Details of the Job/Internship

Khurana and Khurana is hiring a Litigation/ Trail Attorney with experience of 1 to 3 years to join their office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• The colleague would be responsible for drafting and assisting the litigation team.
•  The colleague should be comfortable working from the Panchsheel Park Office of K&K along with 1-2 days of visit per week to the Head Office in Gr. Noida.

Eligibility

• Should have a thorough practical knowledge of CPC and procedural issues pertaining to various forums tribunals.
• Should have strong verbal and written communication skills, should be wiling to work independently as well as in a team.
• Could be open in participating in business development mandates.
• Minimum 1-3 Years PQE handling civil, commercial matters across various tribunals and forums in District/High Courts, preferably with experience in IP litigation matters.

Salary/Stipend
