Trust Law Associates is hiring a Loan Settlement Advocate with experience of 0–3 years to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle loan and credit card settlement cases.
- Draft legal notices and responses against recovery harassment.
- Provide client counselling and strategy planning.
- Liaise with banks and NBFCs for settlements.
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
Eligibility
- Law graduates (LLB/LLM).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of debt settlement and recovery processes preferred.
- Ability to handle clients empathetically and professionally.
