Details of the Job/Internship

Legalfoxes Advocates and Consultants is hiring two long-term Legal Interns to join their Litigation Team in Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft notices, plaints, applications, and other legal documents.
• Assist in civil and commercial litigation matters.
• Support arbitration proceedings and case preparation.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and case law analysis.
• Coordinate and assist during hearings at Saket and Gurgaon Courts.

Eligibility

• 5th-year law students preferred.
• Strong understanding of the Code of Civil Procedure (CPC) and drafting skills.
• Freshers with a keen interest in litigation may also apply.
• Preference will be given to candidates residing in South Delhi or Gurgaon.
