Siddharth Kakka is also a Counsel at AMLEGALS and is based in Mumbai, bringing hands-on mentorship in both litigation and non-litigation matters.

Details of the Job/Internship

The Chamber of Advocate Siddharth Kakka is inviting committed law students for a paid, long-term legal internship lasting 6 to 8 months. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting legal documents and conducting legal research.
• Work on cases involving arbitration, property disputes, IBC matters, and recovery proceedings.
• Support corporate litigation and non-litigation advisory tasks.
• Maintain case files and attend court proceedings when applicable.

Eligibility

• Law students in their senior years, available full-time for 6–8 months.
• Strong commitment to litigation practice.
• Diligent, disciplined, and eager to learn.
