Details of the Job/Internship
The Chambers of Advocate Siddharth Kakka is hiring a Long-Term Legal Intern with experience of 0–1 years to join their office in Fort, Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Advocates and Counsel in matters before the Bombay High Court, Gujarat High Court, Supreme Court, NCLT, and District Courts.
- Engage in the independent drafting of Writ Petitions, Appeals, Applications, Legal Notices, and Agreements.
- Perform meticulous vetting of legal documents and participate in allied legal research.
- Attend and support conferences held by Senior Advocates and Counsels.
- Assist in the management of case files and procedural requirements across multiple judicial forums.
- Participate in Arbitration Tribunal proceedings and support alternative dispute resolution tasks.
Eligibility
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a recognized Law degree program (LLB).
- Strong interest in litigation, research, and legal drafting.
- Ability to commit to a long-term internship with standard working hours (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM).
- Proactive attitude with a desire for rigorous practical training.
- Availability for immediate joining in Mumbai.
