Details of the Job/Internship

Mind Legal Advocates and Consultants is hiring Long-Term Legal Interns to join their offices in New Delhi or Mumbai. This is a physical, hands-on internship with a minimum duration of four months.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist with corporate and commercial advisory work.
• Conduct research and drafting relating to commercial disputes and arbitration.
• Assist in matters before various fora.
• Support regulatory and compliance-related advisory assignments.
• Work closely with the firm’s legal team on ongoing matters.

Eligibility

• Students in the 3rd or 4th year of a 5-year LL.B. programme.
• Students in the 2nd year of a 3-year LL.B. programme.
• Candidates interested in corporate and commercial legal practice.
• Strong research and drafting skills.
• Ability to engage with matters requiring analytical rigour and sustained attention.
