Pant & Co is hiring for the position of M&A Analyst to join their office remotely.
Role and Responsibilities
The M&A Analyst will be responsible for conducting financial analysis, performing due diligence, and evaluating the value of potential mergers and acquisitions. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, analyzing accounting data, and providing strategic recommendations. The analyst will work in collaboration with other team members to ensure accurate and insightful financial reports.
Eligibility
- Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Finance.
- Experience in Due Diligence and Valuation processes.
- Knowledge of Accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Experience in the legal or consultancy industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
