Larsen & Toubro is hiring a M&A and Contract Management to join them in Mumbai office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Matters pertaining to Scheme of Amalgamation and Arrangement of Companies.
- Matters related to divestment and acquisition of Companies.
- Matters relating to corporate restructuring including Business Transfer Agreements, Asset sale etc.
- Matters relating to Insolvency and Bankruptcy code.
- Compliance with Corporate Governance, SEBI /Stock Exchange requirements.
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating various types on Contracts, Agreements, tenders, NDA’s, Master Service Agreement, Share Purchase Agreement, Joint Venture Agreements, Definitive Agreement, Concession Agreement, Writ Petition, Plaint etc.
