Details of the Job/Internship

Aon is hiring an M&A Lawyer – Transaction Liability with 2–5 years of experience to join their Mumbai office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal advice on transactional risk and insurance solutions in M&A deals.
• Develop and implement deal-specific solutions with global underwriters.
• Manage project workflows and coordinate with internal and external advisors.
• Communicate Aon’s value proposition effectively, even in complex situations.
• Deliver market-leading service and client-focused solutions.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law; Company Secretary or Chartered Accountant qualification is a plus.
• 2–5 years of experience with Tier 1 law firms.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Commercial acumen and familiarity with due diligence, SPAs, warranties, and indemnities.
