Details of the Job/Internship

Aon India is hiring an M&A Lawyer – Transaction Liability with 2–5 years of experience to join their Mumbai office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal advice in M&A transactions.
• Advise on transactional risk and insurance solutions.
• Develop and implement solutions in coordination with underwriters.
• Communicate Aon’s value proposition in complex transactions.
• Coordinate multiple work streams and project stakeholders.
• Ensure best practices and deliver market-leading client service.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• 2 to 5 years of experience with Tier 1 law firms.
• Professional qualification as Company Secretary or Chartered Accountant (preferred).
• Familiarity with due diligence processes, warranties, indemnities, and SPAs.
