Legacy Growth is hiring an M&A Lawyer to join their office in Gurugram.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal advisory and structuring for M&A transactions.
• Conduct due diligence and analyse complex transactions.
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents.
• Perform financial analysis related to corporate transactions.
• Advise on compliance with applicable regulatory frameworks.
• Support the team in executing strategic projects related to wealth management and succession planning.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
• A master’s degree or additional specialisation in Corporate Law, M&A, or related fields is a plus.

Salary/Stipend
