Details of the Job/Internship

Gujrat Pesticides Company is hiring a Manager – Legal & Liaisoning with 5–10 years of experience to join their full-time on-site team in Safidon, Haryana. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and vet legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Represent the company in civil, labour, and commercial legal proceedings.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel and manage litigation updates.
• Liaise with Agriculture, PCB, Labour, Excise, FSSAI, and other government bodies.
• Manage licensing, renewals, registrations (CIBRC, ISO, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with laws like the Factories Act, FSSAI, MSME Act, GST, etc.
• Support statutory filings and board resolutions with CS/CA teams.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks; draft and update internal company policies.
• Provide legal assistance to HR, Purchase, Sales, and Operations teams.
• Handle vendor, supplier, and customer legal due diligence.
• Maintain legal MIS and provide regular updates to senior management.

Eligibility

• LL.B. or LL.M. from a recognized institute.
• 5–10 years of experience in corporate legal and liaisoning roles.
• Knowledge of contract, labour, company, and environmental laws.
• Experience in dealing with state and district-level authorities.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Willing to travel for official work.
