Pant & Co is hiring for the position of Management Executive to join their office remotely.
Role and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive client growth and optimize operations.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Analyse market trends and provide data-driven business recommendations.
- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Proven skills in strategic planning and business development.
- Experience in client relationship management.
- Strong operational management and process improvement capabilities.
- Ability to analyse market trends and business data.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Experience in the legal industry is preferred but not required.
