Businezexcellence.com is hiring a Management Trainee – Company Secretary and Legal for their Noida office. The role involves handling entity registration, drafting legal documents, managing contracts, implementing policies, and providing legal support for technology businesses and NGOs.
Role and Responsibilities
- Legal Documentation and Contract Management.
- Knowledge of Business Registration and Labour Laws.
- Experience in Policy Development and Implementation.
- ESOP Planning.
- Data Privacy.
- Assist in handling corporate compliance and governance matters under the Companies Act, 2013, RBI and FEMA Guidelines, Industrial and Labour Laws, Environmental Laws, Trademark and other Intellectual Property Rights matters.
- Assist in company incorporations, due diligence, drafting and maintaining legal documents, such as resolutions, minutes of meetings, and agreements.
- Conduct research on business legal matters, including but not limited to corporate laws, industrial laws, and intellectual property laws.
- Provide administrative support to the legal and compliance team as required.
Eligibility
- Must have cleared all the groups of CS Executive
- Ability to provide Tech Business Legal Opinions and Support
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or related field
