Details of the Job/Internship

Incosec Legal is hiring a Management Trainee to join their office in South Delhi on a full-time, on-site basis.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist with corporate compliance and legal research.
• Provide transaction advisory support.
• Coordinate with senior attorneys.
• Draft compliance documentation and manage regulatory filings.

Eligibility

• Strong understanding of corporate compliance and legal advisory tasks.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary/Stipend
