Position: Manager - Business Development
Role and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a business development plan to identify and engage with potential clients in the legal industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and key decision-makers in the legal industry.
- Collaborate with other members within ABC Consultants to deliver customized recruitment solutions for clients.
- Build and manage a high-performing team of recruitment consultants to deliver quality services to clients.
- Understand clients' recruitment needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet their business objectives.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients and the recruitment team throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market intelligence, and legal recruitment best practices.
Eligibility
A LLB Graduate with a minimum of 6-10 years of experience in Business Development, Client Relations or Research is required.
