Details of the Job/Internship

Credit Saison India is hiring a Manager – Collections Legal to join their Mumbai office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Attend and manage cases filed against the company under applicable laws.
• Coordinate consistently with external lawyers, law firms, and relevant authorities.
• Handle police liaisoning, service of summons, warrants, and related follow-ups.
• Conduct visits and meetings with customers as required.
• Ensure proper legal documentation and communication throughout the process.

Eligibility

•  Strong knowledge of Sec 138 NI Act, Sec 25 PASA, arbitration, civil and criminal laws.
•  Good verbal and written communication skills.
