Details of the Job/Internship
Ratan Tata Innovation Hub (RTIH) Amaravati Foundation is hiring a Manager – Corporate Affairs to join their office in Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh.
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead drafting and review of contracts, including NDAs, MoUs, vendor agreements, and startup contracts.
- Anchor Companies Act compliance and Board documentation in coordination with Company Secretary firms.
- Support investment due diligence, term sheet structuring, and preparation of legal risk notes.
- Ensure end-to-end CSR fund compliance and reporting.
- Develop and institutionalise governance frameworks, policies, and standard operating procedures.
- Operate a Legal and Compliance Support Desk for startups.
Eligibility
- LL.B. from a recognised institution.
- Strong drafting, issue-spotting, and risk evaluation skills.
- Working knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013 and Section 8 compliance.
- Experience in corporate affairs, governance, or in-house legal roles.
- Prior exposure to CSR, incubators, startups, or not-for-profit ecosystems is preferred.
