Details of the Job/Internship

Flipkart is hiring a Manager – Labour & Employment Law with 6–9 years of experience to join their Bengaluru office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead labour and employment law advisory for HR, operations, finance, marketing, and other teams.
• Draft, negotiate, and enforce labour and employment contracts to ensure full legal compliance.
• Manage and resolve employment disputes, investigations, and related legal matters.
• Identify legal risks and develop risk mitigation strategies across business operations.
• Implement a central contract management system and track obligations and deadlines.
• Conduct extensive legal research to support strategic business decisions.
• Drive legal automation projects to streamline contract processes.
• Draft and review labour and employment-related policies and internal controls.
• Deliver targeted legal training to relevant departments.

Eligibility

• LLB with 6–9 years of specialised experience in labour and employment law.
• Strong legal interpretation and advisory skills.
• Strategic risk management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple departments and manage complex issues.
