Details of the Job/Internship
Bajaj Finance Limited is hiring a Manager – Legal with at least 3 years of experience to join their Bengaluru office on Residency Road.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft written statements, miscellaneous applications, replies, and police complaints.
- Draft replies to notices from advocates, law enforcement agencies, and statutory/regulatory bodies.
- Retrieve and compile relevant data for legal drafting.
- Maintain MIS of all litigation involving the company and its officers.
- Follow up with advocates/legal officers on case progress.
- Process advocate/vendor bills in a timely manner.
- Maintain contingent liability and audit compliance records.
- Handle intellectual property matters including trademark and copyright applications, and police complaints against IP infringements.
Eligibility
- 3-year or 5-year integrated LLB degree.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in litigation (consumer, civil, criminal, and insolvency).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
