Details of the Job/Internship
Darwinbox is hiring a Manager – Legal with 5–7 years of experience to join their office in Hyderabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and review contracts with customers, partners, and vendors.
- Manage and update the legal document repository and commercial contract processes.
- Oversee legal, contractual, and regulatory compliance across SEA, MENA, and US regions.
- Collaborate with internal departments and account owners to finalize agreements.
- Research and assess legal risks relating to business operations.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel on regional litigation matters.
- Negotiate contract terms with external stakeholders.
Eligibility
- LL.B. with 5–7 years of experience in corporate law, preferably with exposure to US, MENA, or SEA jurisdictions.
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
- Excellent knowledge of corporate legal frameworks and litigation.
- Experience in M&A is preferred.
- Strong analytical, ethical, and communication skills.
