Details of the Job/Internship

Escorts Kubota Limited is hiring a Legal Manager with 7–10 years of experience in managing end-to-end contract processes to join their team in Faridabad.

Role and Responsibilities

• Independently manage the entire contract lifecycle, from understanding business requirements to execution.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and close NDAs, vendor agreements, and other commercial contracts.
• Ensure all contracts comply with applicable legal and regulatory standards.
• Provide timely legal counsel and risk mitigation support to internal teams.
• Use a contract management system to track and maintain legal documentation.

Eligibility

• Law degree from a recognized university.
• 7–10 years of experience in contract management and legal compliance.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Prior experience with contract management tools preferred.
