Details of the Job/Internship

noon is looking for a candidate for the position of Manager - Legal Operations with 4+ years of experience to join them at their office in Gurugram.

Role and Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end legal operations delivery, including contract lifecycle management (CLM), contract automation, and metadata and turnaround time governance, ensuring high-quality and on-time outcomes;
• Identify operational gaps and proactively propose data-driven improvements and innovation initiatives
• Lead and improve metadata standards and quality frameworks across contracting projects;
• Act as a primary legal operations point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners;
• Drive process optimization initiatives, assist in SOP creation, and automation to improve efficiency and scalability;
• Lead cross-functional coordination with Business, Lega,l and Finance teams;
• Support AI-enabled contracting and CLM implementations, including pointer mapping, contract playbooks, and workflow design;
• Handle escalations and complex delivery challenges, balancing stakeholder priorities and operational stability; and
• Coach and mentor junior team members, supporting training, onboarding, and capability development.

Eligibility

• LLB / Law graduate with 4+ years of experience in Legal Operations, Legal Tech, or Contract Management.
• Strong hands-on experience with CLM tools, contract automation, and metadata extraction.
• Proven track record of process improvement, QA/QC, and operational excellence.
• Experience working on AI-assisted contract review or automation initiatives.
• Comfortable managing multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and tight timelines.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead alignment across functions.
• Highly structured, detail-oriented, and execution-focused mindset
• Nice to Have.
• Experience in SaaS, Legal Tech platforms, or enterprise legal operations.
• Prior exposure to client-facing delivery roles or large-scale contracting programs.
• Experience building playbooks, SOPs, and training frameworks.

Salary/Stipend
