Details of the Job/Internship
FanCode is hiring a Manager – Legal with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle legal operations for the e-commerce platform, including licensing, merchandising, and compliance.
- Advise on sports broadcast operations, including media rights acquisition, ad sales, and marketing.
- Monitor and enforce intellectual property rights.
- Provide legal advice on litigation matters.
- Collaborate with internal teams and mitigate legal risks.
- Build a robust legal and compliance framework.
- Improve standard contracts and legal workflows.
Eligibility
- LLB with 5 years of post-qualification experience in an e-commerce/media company or reputed law firm.
- Preference for candidates with a commerce background.
- In-depth knowledge of intellectual property laws.
- Experience in negotiating and drafting high-value contracts.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to simplify complex legal issues for internal teams.
