Details of the Job/Internship
Qube Cinema is hiring a Manager – Legal with 8–12 years of experience to join their office in Chennai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate business agreements, MoUs, and amendments.
- Draft and review documents related to HR, Admin, and support functions.
- Maintain contract records.
- Draft legal notices and reply notices.
- Coordinate with external counsels and monitor ongoing litigation.
- Maintain a litigation register.
- Prepare legal compliance checklists and monitor statutory obligations.
- Review internal policies and procedures for legal implications.
- Support trademark registration and maintain IP records.
- Stay updated with legal and regulatory changes.
- Advise management on legal issues.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputed institution.
- 8–12 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal team.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
