Details of the Job/Internship
ADM is hiring a Manager - Legal with 8 years of PQE to manage commercial agreements, litigation, and regulatory compliance for their operations in Gurgaon, Haryana.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements, including Sales and Purchase Agreements, Lease Deeds, NDAs, MoUs, etc.
- Handle litigation cases related to civil suits, NCLT, labour, FSSAI, arbitration, and cheque bouncing.
- Manage notices from regulatory departments such as FSSAI, Legal Metrology, and others.
- Review FSSAI declarations on product labels.
- Attend important court hearings in various outstation locations.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure compliance.
Eligibility
- L.L.B from a reputed institute (Delhi University/NLU preferred).
- Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Open for outstation tours.
- Preferably a combination of litigation experience and in-house counsel experience at an MNC.
Salary/Stipend
