Details of the Job/Internship

BharatPe is hiring a Manager – Legal with 5–7 years of experience to join their legal team in Gurugram.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal support on fintech products like UPI, PPI, BBPS, digital lending, and co-branded cards.
• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements with partners, vendors, lenders, and service providers.
• Ensure compliance with RBI, NPCI, and other applicable regulatory frameworks.
• Monitor and interpret changes in fintech regulations to guide internal teams.
• Identify legal risks and propose practical, risk-mitigated solutions.
• Collaborate with internal departments and stakeholders to align legal guidance with business goals.

Eligibility

• Law graduate from a recognized university.
• 5–7 years of post-qualification legal experience in fintech or banking sectors, preferably in law firms or corporate legal teams.

Salary/Stipend
