Details of the Job/Internship
Birla Pivot, a division of Grasim Industries Ltd., is hiring a Manager – Legal with 5–7 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage litigation including NI Act cases, civil/criminal matters, and IBC proceedings.
- Liaise with external legal counsel and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain documentation and update the Litigation Management Tool.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts across multiple business functions.
- Assist in implementing the Contract Lifecycle Management Tool.
- Support bi-annual legal compliance audits.
- Conduct legal research and provide internal legal advice.
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments.
- Assist in conducting legal workshops and trainings.
- Collaborate with GLCD on legal initiatives.
Eligibility
- LL.B. from a recognized university.
- 5–7 years of post-qualification experience in a corporate legal department or law firm.
- Preferably experienced in e-commerce legal departments.
- Knowledge of civil, criminal, and commercial laws.
- Skilled in litigation and contract negotiation.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
